Fast things to try first

Camera capture looks blurry

Clean the lens, hold the device steady, use brighter lighting, and place the document on a high-contrast flat surface.

PDF export is not visible

Check the app's save location, your downloads or documents folder, and Android storage permissions for the app.

App closes unexpectedly

Restart the app, free device storage, update from Google Play, and send support the app version and Android version if it continues.
